The Women’s Center at ASG began over 20 years ago as a promise I made to my brother to create services that would support individuals most in need. Initially, we targeted women impacted by HIV/AIDS, and then our “reach” expanded to women living with chronic illness. If you are a healthy female who is looking for information, consider yourself blessed and enjoy your visit here. On the other hand, if you are a female looking to strengthen your knowledge level or if you are in a financial bind due to your illness, we understand and have served and supported over 1,000 women in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
We serve women most in need, and often, our requests are greater than our donor dollars. We suggest you apply at least 3 months prior to your bill due period. We serve clients through our virtual network as well as our precious volunteers, who give tirelessly to support women in need.
Why do we do this? Because we believe every health-challenged woman should live with dignity and not worry about incidentals as she receives treatment for her illness. And remember to stay encouraged and lift yourself up! Always pray for strength, and not outcomes…
